Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the arzuio application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Farvix LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Wyoming, USA.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The Service

arzuio provides the following services:

• Mobile Top-Up — sending airtime credit to mobile phone numbers in supported countries, including Afghanistan (Roshan, MTN, AWCC, Etisalat, Salaam) and 150+ countries worldwide.
• eSIM — purchasing and activating digital SIM cards (eSIMs) for travel and connectivity in 150+ countries.
• Wallet — maintaining a digital wallet balance to fund top-up and eSIM transactions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at info@arzuio.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove content at our discretion. You may not create more than one account per person without our written permission.

Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all transactions you initiate.

• Pricing — all prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates are shown before you confirm any transaction.
• No hidden fees — the price shown at checkout is the final price. There are no additional charges beyond what is displayed.
• Wallet funds — funds added to your arzuio wallet are non-transferable and may only be used within the Service.
• Refunds — successfully delivered top-ups and activated eSIMs are generally non-refundable. If a delivery fails due to a technical error on our end, we will either retry the delivery or issue a full refund to your wallet.
• Taxes — you are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Top-Up & eSIM Services

Mobile Top-Up: We act as an intermediary between you and mobile network operators. While we strive for instant delivery, delivery times can vary depending on the operator and network conditions. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours.

eSIM: eSIM data plans are provided through our partner Airalo. eSIM activation is subject to device compatibility — your device must support eSIM technology. We are not responsible for eSIM incompatibility with your device. Data allowances, validity periods, and coverage are as described at the time of purchase and may be subject to the partner's fair use policies.

We are not responsible for:

• Network outages or quality issues affecting operators.
• Delivery failures caused by incorrect recipient phone numbers entered by the user.
• eSIM incompatibility with devices that do not support eSIM functionality.
• Restrictions imposed by local regulations in recipient countries.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Engage in money laundering or finance illegal activities.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Farvix LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

The arzuio name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Farvix LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FARVIX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@arzuio.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Any unused wallet balance at the time of account termination (for reasons other than Terms violation) will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days, subject to minimum balance thresholds.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit in connection with your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue using the Service.
